"Focal" is/was K-mart's trade name for relabeled cameras, ... . Hence so far all known manuals for "Focal"-super8-cameras do have a "Made in Japan for K-Mart" on their rear.
K-mart sold the "Focal"-products in the USA, Canada, Puerto Rico and Australia and most likely in Guam and the Virgin Islands. K-mart also sold "Focal"-Super8-cartridges (probably made by Agfa).
